This application simulates the image capture process of a chemiluminescent array plate on Aushons Cirascan™ imaging system.
Aushons Cirascan is a specially designed imager that captures multiple images from a Ciraplex® assay, using an astronomy-grade cooled CCD camera with high-end optics. The imager uses a patented multiple exposure image acquisition algorithm to produce a high resolution composite image of each chemiluminescent assay plates. An easy to use interface allows new users to operate Cirascan with minimal training. Simply prep samples using familiar ELISA protocols, place the plate into this compact, benchtop imager, and receive fully analyzed results within minutes!
The Ciraplex assay enables multiplex efficiencies with ELISA performance. Ciraplex arrays are precisely printed in a circular pattern, allowing for up to 12 analytes per well. This design requires less sample volume per test than ELISA and provides significantly improved sensitivity, reproducibility, dynamic range, and accuracy. Ciraplex offers a full menu of multiple validated biomarker assays across 7 species — all of which offer ELISA-level sensitivity and reproducibility. Aushon’s menu covers a wide breadth of critical therapeutic areas, including inflammation, oncology, cardiovascular, pulmonary, and obesity/diabetes.
